We proudly present a joint technical training course titled Practical Steps for Decarbonizing Cement Production In cooperation with Cemtech Europe and the world cement expert Dr. Michael Clark of Whitehopleman. The in-person training course will be held in Barcelona on the 3rd and 4th of October, 2022 at the Melia Barcelona Sarria Hotel in Spain.

This training course will be led by two of the industry’s top cement manufacturing experts, Dr. Michael Clark, and our Managing Director Dirk Lechtenberg (see course leader biographies). The course will share actionable insights and real-life examples of measures that can be taken to reduce carbon emissions from cement manufacturing, supported by Excel-based exercises to reinforce learning topics.

Review of CCUS technologies: Includes practical steps that can be taken to conduct capture readiness audits, which require knowledge of the different options for carbon capture, storage, and use.
